Training arrows are arrows given by the ranged combat tutor. They can only be fired using a training bow. The combat stats of the arrows are equivalent to bronze arrows but are less used due to the fact that they can only be fired by a training bow.

Training arrows can be collected from the ranged combat tutor (east of Lumbridge Castle), along with a training bow, every 30 minutes. Although technically the players cannot claim more than 25, arrows on the ground are not counted towards that limit. This means that a player can shoot the arrows without picking them up, claim extra 25 arrows, and then pick up the fired ones from the ground, obtaining more than 25 in total.

The time limit is shared with the magic combat tutor, meaning runes must not have been collected from the magic combat tutor in the past 30 minutes to be able to receive training arrows.
