Adamant arrows are stronger than mithril arrows, and can be used by any standard bow of maple or stronger. They can be made at level 60 Fletching by using 15 adamant arrowtips on 15 headless arrows, granting 150 Fletching experience. As with most arrows, they can be poisoned.

They are the best arrows available to free-to-play players.

Adamant arrows can be purchased from Lowe's Archery Emporium in Varrock, or Brian's Archery Supplies in Rimmington.
