Breathing salts are a quest item used in the One Small Favour quest. They are obtained by giving an airtight pot to the Apothecary in Varrock. The player must then take them to Horvik in order to complete the next step in the quest.

If players lose the breathing salts they will need to bring 200 coins and another airtight pot to the Apothecary.
