Fillets, also known as cave crawler fillets, are a delicacy of the Dorgeshuun. They consist of grilled slices of cave crawler, usually served on a decorative platter. The poisonous parts of the crawler are presumably removed or treated before serving.

Fillets can be obtained by trading with various shopkeepers in the Dorgesh-Kaan marketplace. They heal 2 hitpoints when eaten. They also give a temporary Cooking boost of +1.
