Francois is Arsen's brother and a crewmember of Captain Tock's crew. He is mentioned during The Corsair Curse as being on a "secret mission", which is digging a tunnel toward the ogresses' bank vault. The tunnel is directly under Gnocci the Cook's hut in the Corsair Cove Dungeon, but cannot be accessed by players.
