Captain Rachelle leads the soldiers at defence post east of Lizardman Canyon. Players who speak to her will learn that the post is the defence against the lizardmen, who attempted to bypass the kingdom's defences by tunneling under the kingdom.

During the quest A Kingdom Divided, she is called upon to Kourend Castle to defend the Kourend Council from increasingly aggressive protesters, who have been roused after the arrest of Martin Holt.
