Mature ale

Mature ales are members-only, stronger versions of regular ale. They provide stronger skill boosts, larger deboosts, and heal more than the regular versions. These are only obtainable through brewing, where there is a chance that a batch of ale matures during the brewing process. Leaving an ale in the fermenting vat after it has fully set will not turn it mature. The chance of brewing a mature ale increases from 5% to 64% by adding the stuff to the vat after adding in barley malt.[1] The stuff cannot be used to make mature cider, the player must rely on the 5% chance. It is purchasable from Honest Jimmy for 50 pieces of eight, a reward from the Trouble Brewing minigame.
