The Varrock crypt is visited briefly during the Romeo & Juliet quest. It is here where Juliet feigns death in an attempt to get Romeo to rescue her so they can be together.

The crypt is seen only in a cutscene, and can't be visited outside of the quest. The exact location of the crypt is unknown, but it is most likely somewhere in Varrock.
