|Quest||Romeo & Juliet|
|Examine||Rather dense and soppy looking.|
Romeo is a citizen of Varrock who is part of the Romeo & Juliet quest.
He can be found in Varrock Square, but he seems to have an incredibly large wander range, especially for a quest NPC. He can often be found in the general store, but sometimes wanders over to inside the east bank or even the courtyard of Varrock Palace.
He is one of the few non-player characters that will initiate a conversation with players without them clicking on him.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Romeo is a direct reference to the character of the same name from the famous Shakespearean tragedy Romeo and Juliet.
- Romeo carries assorted flowers.
- Romeo replied to a letter in the fourteenth issue of Postbag from the Hedge, where he wrote that he stole his Moonclan cape from an elderly man with a blue partyhat. - Romeo had a festive graphical override during the 2014, 2015, and 2019 Christmas event.
