Torrcs is an adventurer on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the Varrock Museum. He'll talk with the player about questing, history, and the contents of display cases. The dialogue changes based on which quests the player has completed, as well as how many Kudos they have earned.

After the completion of The Dig Site quest, either Torrcs or Marfet tells the player how to obtain another Teddy.
