The bloodthirsty hand was an unused variant of the crushing hand, the superior form of the crawling hand, that would have appeared after unlocking the Bloodthirsty relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League. Because crawling hands could not be assigned as a Slayer task during the league, it was never possible to encounter a bloodthirsty hand.

It would have had a 25% chance of spawning in place of a crushing hand, which have a 4% chance of appearing after killing a crawling hand.

Had the bloodthirsty hand been possible to kill, it would have provided 9 rolls on the crawling hand drop table and a roll on the bloodthirsty unique drop table.
