Apple pie is a type of pie that restores 14 Hitpoints in total, 2 bites each healing for 7. A pie dish will remain after both bites are consumed. It can be obtained by baking an uncooked apple pie on a cooking range, requiring level 30 Cooking and granting 130 experience when successful. When cooking there is a chance to fail, resulting in burnt pie. The burn rate decreases as the player's Cooking level increases, and it will stop burning entirely at Cooking level 63. Alternatively, casting the Bake Pie spell from the lunar spellbook will always create a pie without burning it.

Apple pie is a possible task from Romily Weaklax in the Cooks' Guild. Three apple pies are given to the player when starting Nature Spirit.
