Kerapac
Kerapac is an influential dragonkin mentioned in the old notes in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. He primarily focused on creating dragons and did not believe in offshoots. Whatever he said was law, and he had enough influence to make sure that none of the Dragonkin working with him would disobey his orders, something which Karuulm disliked.
