Forcae
Forcae is a dragonkin who created adamant and rune dragons. He is only mentioned at a shrine found in the northern portion of the Wyvern Cave. Examining the shrine will state "Forcae castil draekeun. Ortha lokur. Lith kletter ortha lokur. Draekeun fia Lithkren." This can be roughly translated as Forcae combine dragon. First steel. Superior green first steel. Dragon safe from Lithkren.
