Agility potions are made by mixing toadflax into a vial of water, creating a Toadflax potion (unf), and then adding toad's legs. This requires level 34 Herblore, and grants 80 Herblore experience. Agility potions temporarily raise your Agility by 3.
A 4-dose agility potion is required for Tai Bwo Wannai Trio. Ironmen who want to complete the quest but do not have the Herblore requirement can have an irit leaf cleaned by Zahur in Nardah (for 200 coins), then wait for the Dr Jekyll random event, for which he will trade the irit leaf for a 4-dose agility potion. Alternatively, level 40, 63, 72, and 77 skeletons in Tarn's Lair as well as the level 77 skeletons nearby the entrance to the Ruins of Ullek can drop 2-dose agility potions, which can be decanted into a 4-dose potion.
It is also possible to obtain a 4-dose agility potion from the Possessed Priest at the end of Icthlarin's Little Helper. Due to the unique mechanics that determines what potion the priest drops, players looking to get an agility potion from the quest are advised to wear equipment with high magic defence in order to make getting the agility potion more likely.
After Barbarian Herblore Training is completed, caviar can be added to an Agility potion(2) to produce an Agility mix. This requires 37 Herblore and provides 27 Herblore experience. An Agility mix has 2 doses, each of which heals 6 Hitpoints in addition to the normal Agility potion boost.
