A twisted potion is a combat potion that boosts the player's Ranged and Defence levels by 5 + 13% of their base levels. It can be made with 59 Herblore by using a golpar with a water-filled gourd vial while having a cicely in the inventory.

This potion is the standard variant of the twisted potions, and cannot be taken out of the Chambers of Xeric.
