The crate ring is an item that can be obtained from participating in any Easter event, and was first obtained from the 2022 Easter event. When equipped, the player's model transforms into a crate. While this effect is active, the player cannot move, or the player's model will return to normal.

While in crate form, if another player right clicks on the player disguised as a crate, the normal options will appear (i.e. "Walk here Username", "Follow Username", etc.) Upon equipping the ring, the player will receive the message You hide inside the crate. Sneaky!

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room.

• The examine text of the ring and most of its functions while disguised as a crate are references to the Metal Gear franchise, where its main characters often hide inside of a cardboard box to evade enemies.
