The Grotto tree can be seen in the southern portion of Mort Myre Swamp. The Grotto tree acts as the entrance to the Nature Grotto, which is the main focus of the quest Nature Spirit. In order to access the island where the Grotto tree is located, the player must first jump across the broken bridge, which is located on the south side of the island.
During the quest, the grotto tree can be searched to find Filliman's journal.
