A wintumber tree planted in a player-owned house.

A wintumber tree is a holiday item that can be planted in a player-owned house. It can be obtained by completing one of the Christmas holiday events that occur once per year. This also rewards the player with all other holiday items associated with Christmas. The tree is untradeable and may be planted on any free non-hotspot space in the Garden or on any free outdoor space of a player-owned house. If lost or destroyed, the player can obtain another from Diango in Draynor Village.

Attempting to plant the tree anywhere besides the garden of your player-owned house prints the message You can only plant the wintumber tree in the garden of your player-owned house. Attempting to dig up a wintumber tree in someone else's house prints the message You can't dig up the owner's wintumber tree! How unfestive!

Previously, they were obtainable during the 2013 Rare Drops event (from 5 August to 12 August) as part of a rare item drop.

Trivia

• The tree is similar to a Christmas tree, donned with garlands and constantly glittering.
• Wintumber is the 10th month of the Gielinorian calendar, corresponding to 26 November - 31 December.
