Lvl-4 Enchant requires a Magic level of 57. It imbues diamond jewellery with magical properties. It grants 67 Magic experience per cast, which is 2 higher than High Level Alchemy. Non-members may only enchant amulets.
This spell may be transferred to a piece of soft clay at a lectern in the Study of a player-owned house, creating a magic tablet. The same runes are required, as well as the Magic level needed to cast the spell, and the Magic experience is earned when creating the tablet. The tablet can be used on the jewellery to enchant it, which gives no experience. Players without 57 Magic may also use these tablets.
This spell gives 50.2 experience when cast in the Mage Training Arena.
Like other jewellery enchantment spells, Lvl-4 Enchant will automatically re-cast every 7 ticks (4.2 seconds). While less click-intensive, it is much slower than enchanting each piece of jewellery individually. An inventory of 27 pieces of jewellery would take about one minute and fifty seconds to enchant at this rate.
When cast actively, a player could theoretically achieve 2,000 casts per hour for a total of 134,000 xp. When cast passively only 857 casts can be achieved, worth 57,419 xp. In practice, both of these numbers will be slightly lower due to time spent banking.
