Monkey magic is an unobtainable item that presumably would have been used during Monkey Madness I. Most likely, it was intended to be another Monkey themed item, similar to monkey bar and monkey nuts. For unknown reasons, it was scrapped early in development, and therefore reuses the inventory sprite for the eye of gnome.

The item has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape, but remains in the game files.
