"Waste disposal" was the name originally given to an unobtainable item that existed in the game cache. It was created to replace the noted form of the shrimps from Tutorial Island. Since items could not be fully removed once created, it was added in a hidden update in 2005 to fill this slot. The actual item was just a copy of a pink skirt.
If players attempted to view the waste disposal in game by using cheating software, they would be given a hex edit detected instead.
Later in 2006, four more waste disposals were added to replace the noted forms of the roll, square sandwich, triangle sandwich, and baguette.
They were all deleted from the game cache in 2006, being replaced by the dragon chainbody, coins, dragon med helm, abyssal whip, and shark from My Arm's Big Adventure.
