The lion helm is an item that was added to the game alongside the quest Beneath Cursed Sands. It appeared identical to Verac's helm, though when equipped it displayed the proper model. The lion helm had a "Check" option, though it is not known what it was intended to do.

The lion helm was removed the next week, as it was not intended to be released yet and was not obtainable through any means.
