The elem longsword is an unobtainable item present in the RuneScape 2 beta. It would have been the reward from the original version of Elemental Workshop I. Presumably, players would have been able to smith it from some elemental metal after having restarted the workshop.

The item was deleted before the end of the beta. In the final version of Elemental Workshop I released in June 2004, it was replaced instead by the Elemental shield.
