Feanor is one of the many citizens of Prifddinas. He can be found roaming by the gladiator ring just north of the Iorwerth Clan's Teleport Platform.

The player can only access Feanor to pickpocket after completing Song of the Elves and require level 85 Thieving. A successful pickpocket yields 353.3 Thieving experience.
