Galathil is one of the many citizens of Prifddinas. He can be found on the walkway on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] between the Iorwerth and Ithell Clan's Teleportation Platform.

The player can only access Galathil to pickpocket after completing Song of the Elves and require level 85 Thieving. A successful pickpocket yields 353.3 Thieving experience.
