The bonesack is a large sack filled with bones worn in the cape slot. Alongside the ram skull helm, it is given to the player as a reward for completing Rag and Bone Man II. If lost, the Odd Old Man will offer a replacement for free.

Despite appearing to hold bones, the bonesack cannot store any bones.

Due to the item's defensive bonuses it's considered to be armour and you will be denied passage to Entrana while possessing it.

Trivia

• The Bonesack's examine text can be sung to the first line of the chorus of Love Shack by The B-52s, which is originally "The love shack is a little old place where we can get together."
• Attempting to sit on a bench while wearing the bonesack displays the message You cannot sit down while wearing that heavy bonesack. However, you can perform the sit down emote while wearing it, and you can also equip the bonesack while already sitting on a bench.
