Frenzied ice troll females are a variant of ice troll female found exclusively on the western side of the Ice Troll Caves (with one on the eastern side), in the Fremennik Isles north of Jatizso and Neitiznot. They are primarily fought during The Fremennik Isles quest, in the joint assault by the islanders, and do not drop any loot.
