Ice troll males inhabit the islands north of Jatizso and Neitiznot. They use melee attacks that hit a maximum of 20 hitpoints.

The ice troll male drop table is somewhat unusual in that it varies depending on the exact version of monster being killed, while having identical appearances in-game. There are two different drop tables, with the drop table used determined by the troll's spawn point. Variant 1 is a table unique to ice trolls, and variant 2 is the low-level troll table used by mountain trolls. There are only two of variant 2 in existence, who spawn just south of the East Fremennik Isles mine. Variant 2 also only has a 50% weakness to fire. A third variant, the frenzied ice troll male, do not drop any loot and should not be killed as well.
