The raw fishlike thing is an item used during the Evil Bob random event. After a fishlike thing is successfully caught, it must be used on the uncooking pot, then fed to Evil Bob.

If it was caught in the correct set of fishing spots, he will fall asleep, allowing the player to step into the portal to return to where they came from, and receive the experience reward.

You can feed the raw fishlike thing to your kitten, and the cat will gobble it up.

Once uncooked, it cannot be cooked again by any means.
