Uglug Nar sells Relicym's balm(3) starting at 200 each, and increasing in price as his stock depletes. Run there from Castle Wars, use a ring of dueling to teleport back, repeat. For even higher profits, wear a full graceful outfit, and take 1 dose of a stamina potion every two minutes. Buy up to 50 or so per world (check the price to see when you're going over grand exchange price), then hop.
Before selling, it's also worth converting the potions to 4-dose versions with Bob Barter.
Uglug Nar will only trade with you if you have Zogre Flesh Eaters completed and have given him a handmade Relicym's balm. Relicym's balm has a limited use in Jiggig itself, against yellow broodoo victims during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame, and when fighting The Nightmare, so it may sell slowly.
