Branda the Fire Queen is a giant boss, being one of the Royal Titans, along with Eldric the Ice King. Like Scurrius and Amoxliatl, the Royal Titans are considered an entry-level boss designed for players with 70-90+ combat level, and is meant to introduce the practice of gear switching.

Despite her high ranged defence of 700, the player's ranged accuracy is increased by 500% (x6) whenever she is out of melee distance,^[1] and lasts until she moves back within melee distance. This boost also applies during the entirety of the Titans' Elemental Blast attack, which includes the charging portion. As such, players are incentivised to attack her with melee when possible.

Branda uniquely drops the mystic vigour prayer scroll, which unlocks the Mystic Vigour prayer - a direct upgrade to the Mystic Might prayer. Furthermore, she drops the fire element staff crown, which along with the ice element staff crown (dropped by Eldric the Ice King) and a battlestaff, are combined to create the twinflame staff.
