Jingles

(Redirected from Jingle)

Jingles are short tracks played during specific occasions, such as completing a quest, levelling up, or winning a minigame.

Jingles will play on top of default music, and the Music Player will display the name of the previous track that was playing. As such, jingles have no name that is visible in-game.

Level up jingles

edit

Level up jingles play whenever a player levels up their skills. Each skill, excluding Agility, typically have two distinct jingles for normal level ups, and level ups that unlock new content for the player. However, not all skills follow this convention, and play under different circumstances.

Standard

edit

These skills have two distinct jingles: One for normal level ups, and level ups that unlock new content for the player.

  1. ^ 1.0 1.1 The normal Smithing level up jingle is never played. This is because every level unlocks content, and so the jingle for unlocking content is used for the entire skill. In the past, the normal level up jingle was played at levels 45, 47, 65, and 67 due to those levels having no new content to unlock. However, after 7 January 2016, these levels unlocked smithing various tiers of Shayzien armour and thus now use the jingle for unlocking content.
