Stop the Wyvern 500 Yes Stops you getting Fossil Island Wyvern tasks, without counting towards your blocked task limit. This does not cancel a current fossil wyvern task.

  1. ^ Some unlocks can be toggled freely, some are permanent unlocks, and some must be paid again to reactivate once disabled.
  2. ^ When assigned a TzHaar task, there will be an option to kill TzTok-Jad instead of TzHaar. With at least 1 TzKal-Zuk kill, it will be offered in addition to TzTok-Jad. In these cases, all monsters in the challenge will grant Slayer experience and be affected by the Slayer helmet, though only the final bosses count for task completion. Failing to kill either boss will cancel the task and exit you from the caves. Because the maximum amount of TzHaar that can be assigned in a single standard TzHaar task is 199, such a task can last only until wave 48 in the Fight Caves. Thus, if the player wishes to complete the Fight Caves, it is recommended to accept the TzTok-Jad task.
  3. ^ After completion of The Path of Glouphrie.
  4. ^ After completion of Troubled Tortugans.

Extend

[edit | edit source]

Extending a task will increase the amount assigned across all slayer masters that can assign it regardless of the quantity they can originally assign. Players can also use the button to extend every remaining task at once, offering a 5% discount.

Tasks

[edit | edit source]
Action Points cost Notes
Cancel task 30 Cancels the player's current assignment without penalties.
Block task 40-100 Skips the player's current assignment without penalties and permanently removes the assignment from the player's list of possible assignments - the player will not be assigned that monster again, unless they cancel the block. The cost varies between each Slayer master, with each master also having their own block list.

Players can block the task as they obtain it, or they can block it straight from the "View List" option in the interface. Blocks will only be given for tasks that the player can access (indicated with a check mark); tasks that are not assigned, either due to not being toggled or players without the requirements cannot be blocked. This can also help players determine which tasks to block as each task has their own specific percentage of being assigned.

Blocking a task that is currently in Task Storage does not also skip it. If you wish to block and skip an undesired task, you should unstore it first.

There is a maximum limit of 7 types of assignments that can be blocked on one account - one block slot is given for every 50 quest points the player has. Currently there are six slots for a total of 300 points needed to use all of them. Additionally, one block slot is available once the player has completed the Elite tier of the Lumbridge & Draynor Diary, which requires a quest cape.

Note: Cancelling the removal of monsters allows the monster to be assigned again, but does not refund points spent removing the monster.
Store task[n 1] 0 With Task Storage unlocked, you may store your current Slayer task for free to use at a later date. A task may not be stored if you already have an existing stored task. You can still be assigned creatures you have stored.
Unstore/Swap task[n 1] 0 If you have a stored task, it can be unstored (if the player has no current active task) or swapped with their current task for free.
  1. ^ 1.0 1.1 Storage must be unlocked in the unlock tab for 500 points before use.
